Shoe Care.
Protect Them Right Out of the Box
Invest in a good repellent spray to prevent dirt and water from damaging the surface of your shoes. Apply the repellent immediately after unboxing the shoes.
Clean by Hand Regularly
Wash your shoes by hand using a damp cloth, a toothbrush or shoe brush and a cleaner made especially for shoes.
Never put your shoes in the washing machine or dryer as this adds a ton of wear-and-tear to the shoes.
Soak the Laces
Brighten up dingy laces with a quick soak in a bowl or sink. Mix shoe cleaner or laundry detergent with some water, and swirl the laces around to saturate them.
Fight Insole Odor
Sweat and heat can turn your beautiful shoes into a stink factory. Combat the stench by wearing moisture-wicking socks and letting your shoes dry completely between uses, especially if you work out in them.
A natural deodorizing spray containing essential oils like peppermint and tea tree can also freshen up funky insoles without leaving chemical residues.
Bag Care.
Tips to keep your bag in good condition
Avoid oily, alcohol or perfume-based products.
Avoid rubbing against dark, textured, or embellished clothing.
Keep any sharp objects like keys, nail files, and pens in pouches to avoid leaving scratches on the leather inside of your bag. Make sure water bottles, make-up, or other spillable items are tightly sealed to avoid leaving stains.
Use a portable handbag hanger to hang the bag instead of placing it on the floor when not in use. This will help ensure it is not exposed to dirt, glass shards, liquids, or people stumbling over or stepping on it.
Avoid packing heavy or bulky objects inside the bag to help it stay in proper shape.
Keep it away from water. Always cover your bag to protect it from rain, as water can leave leather stained and blistered.
Have your bag professionally cleaned and restored if it suffers severe water stains or other marks.
Cap Care.
Cap Travel
To maintain the cap's shape as well as possible, we recommend avoiding adding any unnecessary weight to your cap that could alter its shape. When traveling, we recommend using our Travel Case to ensure your cap looks the same when you arrive at your destination as it did when you departed.
Rinse & repeat
Always look after your cap following excessive use and sweating. If your cap comes in contact with sweat, chlorinated pool water or other chemicals, it may experience discoloration, in which case it is important that your remove these liquids as soon as possible.
Washing tips
The best way to wash a cap is by using warm water (around 30°C or 85°F) and a mild textile detergent without bleach (study the care label inside the cap first). Dry your cap by filling it out with a towel to help maintain its beautiful shape and avoid wrinkles. Keep away from direct heat such as radiators or sunlight while drying.
Never machine wash your cap and always be sure to check the care label within the headband.
