Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
Is free for all online orders over $75(Regularly $5.99). Once processed standard delivery is usually 5-7 business days.
Scheduled Delivery*
Available in NYC(Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays), signature required.
Fee: $30 for orders under $500 | Complimentary for all orders $500 and above.
Delivery Timing: Delivery Monday through Saturday (except holidays) from 11am to 7pm. Your shopping bag will be hand delivered by our Concierge once it is ready for delivery. You will be notified via email when your order is ready so you can select a date and time for Concierge drop-off.
Exceptions:
– If you miss the delivery attempt, we will contact you to reschedule
– There will be a signature required on all Scheduled Delivery orders
Delivery options and timeframes available for the items in your order and for your location are presented during check-out.
Once you have placed an order, you can visit Order Status to get an estimate of the shipment and delivery timing of each item. Items ship as they become available.
What’s Next?
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.
Order Acknowledgement
The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items in your order. You can click the date to view your order details.
Shipment Notification
If you chose to have an item delivered, we’ll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package using the Mentep Bey’s online Order Status or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
If you purchase an electronic Mentep Bey Gift Card, we’ll send you an email notification once we send the gift card to the recipient.
Carrier Delivery Options
Mentep Bey chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Mentep Bey. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Shopping in the U.S.
Items purchased online from Mentep Bey ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from Mentep Bey.
Simply shop mentepbey.com with the payment method of your choice, and we’ll ship the order to any address within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico.
We regret that we cannot ship orders placed in the U.S. to addresses outside the 50 states and Puerto Rico.
