Mentep Bey wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Mentep Bey:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Mentep Bey can be returned to Mentep Bey. Mentep Bey products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the documentation that was included when you received it.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Digital Downloads
- Mentep Bey Gift Cards (includes previous generation Mentep Bey Store Gift Cards)
- Mentep Bey Artwork Prints
How to Return an Item
Ship your item back to Mentep Bey
To return an item to Mentep Bey, sign in to your Account page with your username and password.
After you sign in, you will see the items from your recent orders. Select an item to go to the order details page. From there, submit a ‘return request’ form.
Once we receive your return request one of our Client Specialists will review your request. You will contacted if further information is required. The review process can take 24 to 72 hours to complete.
Once your review is completed you will be notified via email of your request status.
If your request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid postage stamp from us. Place the original item along with the invoice in the original packaging. Place the new pre-paid postage over the old label and return to us.
You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method or if you selected to receive store credit.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you selected store credit the total value of your purchase will be applied to your Mentep Bey Wallet in your account.
Refunds on products purchased from Mentep Bey using a Mentep Bey Gift Card (or previous generations of Mentep Bey gift cards) will be issued to you as an Mentep Bey Gift Card by email. If you’d like us to send you a physical Mentep Bey Gift Card by mail, ask the representative helping you.
